Join us as a Technical Project Manager, in Helsinki. We are looking for a driven individual capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our project pipeline. In this role, you will coordinate a range of technical migration projects from start to finish while actively contributing to the development and improvement of our project and portfolio management processes. This position is perfect for anyone aspiring to continue to build a career in project management in RELEX, offering a unique perspective within a fast-growing global SaaS company with a diverse array of projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning & executing multiple projects from start to finish, working with a diverse array of stakeholders and technical resources.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborating with your team to increase operational efficiency & scalability of R&D Operations across functions & departments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management processes, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Relex project management.
We’re looking for:
- Project Management experience: 2+ years’ experience of leading technical projects as a Project Manager with showcased value.
- Project management skills: Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive results within defined constraints.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills: The ability to understand complex problems, see the big picture, and figure out how to get there. You should be able to think critically about the tasks at hand and be looking for the right problem to solve, not just a problem to solve.
- Communication & people skills: Excellent verbal & written skills are required to interact with and understand the needs of various stakeholders, translating them into actionable items. Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- Understanding of Technology: Understanding of the SaaS business model and ITSM frameworks, especially around change and problem management.
- A Growth Mindset: Willingness for continuous improvement and drive to understand & learn is the most important factor to succeeding in your future role. In a dynamic fast-growing environment such as Relex, things are always changing, and constant adaptation is required to succeed.
What we consider as an advantage:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Computer Science).
- Hands on technical skills such as basic programming skills or building BI tools for resource management or reporting.
