As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of RELEX’s Assortment Planning product. You’ll lead a diverse team of Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Software Developers, ensuring that our products meet customer needs with the best possible solutions.
Join us as an Engineering Manager, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Own the product end-to-end, ensuring its current and future success. While technical excellence is important, our ideal candidate is equally passionate about the business impact of engineering work. They understand that the best technical solution is one that delivers measurable value to customers and supports our business objectives.
- Lead the team ensuring effective ways of working, prioritization, target setting, and supporting team members’ growth
- Represent the team and collaborate with customers, product managers and other RELEX teams to ensure alignment
We’re looking for:
- Proven competence to lead others, craft a vision, and deliver it through the team
- Proven track record of continuous learning and growth
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to drive execution through the team and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong ability to delegate, collaborate, and enable team success rather than focusing on individual contributions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong creative and independent thinking, questioning status quo
- T-Shaped competency profile: generalist in many areas, but also deep understanding in either tech or business, preferably both
- Fluent English communication skills.
What we consider as an advantage:
- Experience with Azure, ML/AI, and working with extremely performance-heavy and data-intensive environments
- Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS business
- Experience from retail or consumer packaged goods industries
