Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative team, embedded within the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) function. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of creative craft and data-driven marketing. You’ll create high-impact, personalised visual experiences for our most strategic target accounts, while also embracing the possibilities of AI-assisted design to work smarter and faster.
Our ABM managers are distributed across 4+ time zones, so flexibility in working hours is important, you’ll need to be comfortable adapting your schedule occasionally to collaborate effectively across regions. We support this with our flexible and remote working culture, which means you can structure your day in a way that works for both you and the team.
You’ll collaborate closely with ABM managers, demand generation specialists, and the wider marketing team to produce compelling content across digital and print channels that drives pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
ABM & Campaign Design
- Conceptualise and produce bespoke, personalised visual experiences for key target accounts, from digital ads and landing pages to direct mail and event collateral.
- Work closely with ABM managers to translate account intelligence and messaging into visually compelling, on-brand creative.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation specialists to produce engaging visuals for social media, paid channels, email, PDFs, video, and animated GIFs.
AI-Assisted Design & Innovation
- Use AI image generation tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Ideogram) to rapidly prototype concepts, create custom imagery, and accelerate visual ideation.
- Leverage AI-powered tools within Adobe Creative Cloud (Generative Fill, Generative Expand, text-to-vector) to speed up production workflows without compromising quality.
- Stay current with emerging AI design tools and proactively experiment with new capabilities that could benefit the team.
- Help define and document best-practice AI workflows for the Brand & Creative team.
Brand & Broader Marketing Support
- Ensure consistent application of the RELEX brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Support the broader Marketing team with design requests across a variety of formats and channels.
- Contribute to evolving and maintaining RELEX brand guidelines and asset libraries.
- Create bespoke co-branded work that is engaging and memorable.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work across digital and print, ideally including B2B or ABM campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI into your creative workflow.
- Familiarity with AI content tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and how they can support creative and marketing workflows.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an eye for both craft and the bigger brand picture.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to manage multiple briefs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset — curious, proactive, and always looking to learn.
- Working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing.
- Motion design or video editing skills.
- Experience with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
