We’re looking for a service-minded and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT Operations team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote users across the Nordics, contribute to office IT operations, and help ensure smooth digital experiences through modern support channels such as chat, ticketing systems, and self-service tools.
You’ll be part of a global team with headquarters in Helsinki, collaborating with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones. This role suits someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience, a passion for solving problems, and an eye for delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
What you will be doing:
User Support & Troubleshooting
- Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, access, and network issues — both on-site and remotely
- Guide users clearly and confidently through solutions, with a friendly and approachable communication style
- Handle tickets related to:
- Device issues (laptops, printers, peripherals)

- macOS/Windows troubleshooting
- System access requests
- VPN and network connectivity
- General IT problems submitted through support channels

Support Channel Engagement
- Respond to and manage user requests through modern support channels, including ticketing systems, chat, and email
- Contribute to optimizing workflows and improving user experiences across these channels
- Help maintain clear and user-friendly documentation and request categories
Hardware & Software Setup
- Configure and deploy new workstations and peripherals for new joiners and existing employees
- Install, update, and maintain software packages in compliance with licensing
- Track and manage local hardware inventory, including ordering and stock levels
Collaboration & Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with other IT Support Specialists, other information technology teams, and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including emergency offboarding coordination
- Escalate unresolved issues when needed, ensuring follow-up and documentation
We’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a technical customer service role
- Relevant education or certifications in IT are a plus
- Strong interest in IT operations and delivering excellent user experiences
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Office 365, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms
- Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-tech users
- Positive, proactive attitude — you enjoy solving problems and making people’s day better
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
- Able to work at the office (at least 3 days a week)
- Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
We we consider as an advantage:
- Experience working with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
- Understanding of IT support workflows and user support best practices
- Basic knowledge of asset tracking and access request handling
