We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant to join our team in London.
The Solution Consultant will play a key role in interpreting customer needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding functionality to our customers. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving competency, and excellent consulting skills. RELEX delivers product sets across the Retail, Wholesale, and CPG landscape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met effectively and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design innovative solutions aligned with industry standards to address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and resolve defects promptly.
- Solution Playback and Guidance: Tailor system demonstrations and presentations to address customer requirements and build confidence in the proposed solution.
- Data Proficiency: Translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to meet customer requirements effectively.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, or similar role, in the software or technology industry
- AND/OR experience within a Retail, Wholesale, or CPG, company within the Supply Chain area.
- Strong analytical, and/or technical, background and process-driven mindset, with a keen eye for problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English. German knowledge will be considered a plus.
