As part of our continued growth in the Americas, we’re opening a new Technical Support site in Mexico – and we’re looking for Solution Analysts. We’re starting the search for our first hires now, with the goal of having team members start in July or August. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new team and contribute to delivering exceptional support for customers across North, Central, and South America. You will join a close-knit, global team of highly talented and motivated analysts who support RELEX customers and colleagues with questions tied to business logic and other needs associated with their RELEX system. In addition, the team supports the product organization by conducting acceptance testing for development items.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing and resolving supply chain-related issues customers face when using RELEX’s cutting-edge technology
- Providing support and consultation to customers who are developing their RELEX system
- Conducting analyses and investigations on an ad-hoc basis for various internal stakeholders
- Ensuring high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude towards work
- Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
- Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
What we consider an advantage:
- Additional language skills, especially Spanish or Portuguese
- Work experience in customer service or consulting
- Ability to understand code and prior knowledge of databases
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, System sciences or other relevant subject expertise
