Tuomo Pesonen is the Chief Operating Officer at RELEX Solutions, where he oversees Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and SaaS Service Delivery functions. He joined RELEX as its sixteenth employee in 2010 and now leads a team of 800 delivery professionals across 20 global sites. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland.
