At RELEX, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking will not be
tolerated within our business or supply chain. We also expect that all our business partners and
suppliers act in a manner that is consistent with our principles and adhere to ethical business conduct.
Our business and organisation structure

Our policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking
We are committed to ensuring no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business, including employment practices and supply chains.
RELEX Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for suppliers and other counteragents
concerning human rights, reflecting our zero-tolerance to modern slavery and any kind of child labour or exploitation of children and youth.
The Supplier Code of Conduct requires that suppliers comply with all applicable laws and regulations
governing employment rights, hiring, health and safety work environments, forced and/or child labour
and equal opportunities.
RELEX Code of Conduct clearly reflects that we are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights in all our operations and promoting them in practice. The Code of Conduct, approved by the RELEX Board of Directors, states our expectation that all our partners, contractors, suppliers and employees are committed to adhering the fundamental human rights. At RELEX, each employee must complete legal and ethical compliance training and pass an assessment to demonstrate their awareness.
Our supply chain
At RELEX, we conduct risk assessments and perform due diligence on selected suppliers. We also
monitor supplier performance and implement corrective action plans if needed.
Our services and software products are created and provided by our employees, who are legitimately
employed. When we engage partners to deliver and implement our services or buy services or products for the third-party suppliers, we ensure that they are reputable organisations from countries with analogous legal systems dedicated to the same values. We enter into contracts with suppliers
with specific obligations to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The relationship may
eventually be terminated if the supplier does not demonstrate enough effort to improve. Based on a
risk assessment approach or for the key suppliers, we may conduct a due diligence assessment. We
also monitor supplier performance and potential risks in our supply chains and may implement
corrective action plans if needed. To date, we have not experienced any breaches of the RELEX
Supplier Code of Conduct related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
We adhere to continuous improvement and development of internal compliance processes, including
identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our supply chains and mitigating the risk of modern
slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
