Hello, my name is Yüksel. I work as a Product Owner at Galexis AG. Galexis AG has been active on the Swiss market since 1927. We are a full wholesaler, supplying hospitals, doctors and pharmacies.

We have been using RELEX for 11 years, especially the forecast and replenishment module. We also have other modules where we share forecast data with our suppliers, so that we can do better demand planning with the suppliers, in order to easily increase availability and meet the supply and demand of our customers.

Since the new introduction, our forecasting accuracy has improved and our availability has increased as a result. The business rules run almost fully automatically during demand planning. We intervene less in the forecast adjustments and so we have a fully automated system for scheduling and for the end users who operate the RELEX system.

Where do we want to go with RELEX? We want to move from the old forecasting model that we currently use, the statistical time series, to machine learning so that we can deal better with seasonality, handle promotions better, and also integrate pharmacies in the future so that we can guarantee better availability.

The cooperation with the Solutions Consultants, including the project management, was excellent. We are completely satisfied with our partner RELEX, and we appreciate RELEX’s local customer service.
