ASWO International Service GmbH, market leader for customer services in consumer electronics and home appliances, has selected RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to increase the efficiency of its supply chain. ASWO International will implement various solutions, including forecasting and replenishment, integrated supply chain planning, capacity optimization, advanced configuration options, and AI-powered special applications. The project will be implemented with the support of Capgemini, an experienced RELEX partner in supply chain transformation.

ASWO manages an extensive network of high-performance logistics centers, overseeing over 18 million items. This enables the company to play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of spare parts for entertainment and household appliances. With a history spanning more than 50 years, ASWO has consistently prioritized sustainability by encouraging repairs over replacing products, helping to prevent approximately 7 million devices from being discarded in landfills each year.
