Brack.Alltron, a leading Swiss retail and e-commerce group offering over 250,000 products in the IT, consumer electronics, household, and office supplies sectors and operating one of Switzerland’s most modern logistics centers, has chosen RELEX Solutions to automate its forecasting and planning processes. The implementation will be supported by RELEX partner, Wysupp.

Brack.Alltron serves private customers via the Brack e-commerce platform and commercial customers via Alltron. The company manages over 250,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) and offers logistics services and customized solutions for resellers, system integrators, and corporate customers. With the growth of the business and the desired automation, including the use of AI, the proprietary tools were increasingly reaching their limits. They were based on static forecasts, required manual intervention in replenishment planning, and relied on fragmented systems that also required a high level of IT support.
In the future, RELEX’s AI-powered platform will unite Brack.Alltron’s planning processes in an intelligent system that continuously anticipates demand, aligns purchasing with capacity, and synchronizes decisions across teams and suppliers. The goal is to leverage and integrate advanced forecasting, planning, and optimization capabilities that will enable Brack.Alltron to balance supply and demand more accurately, increase forecast accuracy, free up tied-up capital, and protect margins.
Brack.Alltron’s is focused on optimizing purchasing and further improving customer experience. RELEX impressed them with its combination of automation, agility, scalability, and in-depth retail expertise on a single platform.
“With RELEX, we see an opportunity to significantly improve both efficiency and customer experience,” said Stefan Fraude, CEO of Brack.Alltron. “The decisive factor was RELEX’s ability to offer an integrated, scalable platform that combines cost optimization with sustainable strategic transformation. This technology partnership is crucial to remaining competitive in a rapidly changing market.”
“Brack.Alltron demonstrates how RELEX is helping leading retailers drive the next generation of supply chain transformation,” said Michael Hoffmann, SVP Sales DACH at RELEX Solutions. “We are proud to be working with such a digitally focused company and look forward to supporting Brack.Alltron on its journey toward greater efficiency, automation, and scalability.”
