Julius Säilä is Head of CPG Business Operations at RELEX Solutions, based in Helsinki, Finland. He has over seven years of experience at RELEX, having progressed through roles including Project Manager, Business Manager, and Manager of CPG Business Operations. Prior to joining RELEX, he spent nearly three years at global packaging manufacturer Stora Enso, where he specialized in continuous improvement and operational efficiency development. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Management from Aalto University. Outside of work, Julius enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his three children, and developing his skills in golf, skiing, and ice hockey.
