Join us as a Cloud Engineer in Helsinki or Lisbon. You will be managing Azure infrastructure as code and working together with the team in other DevOps activities to ship new Azure solutions from concepts to production, while making sure they follow best practices from security, scalability and cost perspective. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and will have demonstrated expertise in infrastructure development and deployment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implement the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) codebase to automate infrastructure deployment processes for Azure-based solutions, ensuring successful implementation from development to production.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure, access management and application deployment within the Azure environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify and solve technical challenges, ensuring smooth operation of Azure solutions and making sure the solution follows the best practices and high security standards.
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering.
- A solid foundation in Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networks, databases and cloud applications.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment, and the related processes and tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with access management principles and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Good teamwork, communication, and documentation skills in an agile development environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-organized approach to work.
- Fluent English communication skills
What we consider as an advantage:
- Azure certifications.
- Experience with Terraform Cloud.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and AKS platform.
