Presales at RELEX Price & Promotions
We provide central presales support for RELEX Pricing and Promotions; currently the fastest-growing business area within the company, with 300% year-on-year growth. Our work involves hands-on collaboration with new sales cases across Europe, EMEA, and the Americas, as well as providing training to local Account Executives (AEs) and pre-sales teams. We also work closely with the central product and operations team to develop best practices. The team currently comprises five senior experts in pricing and promotions.
Our flexible work arrangements allow you to choose between remote or in-office work, for this position we’re looking for a person based in Europe. Respect and collaboration are core to our culture, and we prioritise a genuine work-life balance while ensuring we deliver an exceptional product.
Join us as a Presales strategist, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Stay on top of the latest product releases and develop best practices, sales material, and demo scripts supporting RELEX regional pre-sales and AE teams.
- Work directly on sales cases across RELEX markets in close collaboration with local teams
- Respond to RFPs
- Learn about prospect needs through discovery sessions, then demo solutions back to them
- Support with solution architecture design
- Assist in creating proof of concepts and influence approach and configuration when necessary
- Take part in reference management – assisting in identifying best-fit references with current customers
- Build solution knowledge among local presales and AE teams.
- Provide thought leadership and work with C-level executives and their teams to align their pricing and promotions strategy to provide a strong business case supported by a compelling value proposition for deploying RELEX.
We are looking for an individual based in Europe with the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field of study
- 5+ years of experience working with pricing and or promotions, either at a software provider or at a retailer
- Analytical approach towards problem solving
- Exceptional demo and presentation skills
- Experience with solution design
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and translate customer issues into RELEX-based solutions
- Willingness to work within ambiguity and drive improvement for both customers and internal processes
- Comfortable travelling across Europe and occasionally globally when needed
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
