We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to work with our Product Marketing team, where members are currently located in Finland, the UK, and the US. Ideally this position would be based in Finland, but we will continue candidates in other locations. In the US, must live and work in EST or CST.  This new Product Marketing Manager will focus on retail market segments and other strategic topics which are critical to building the business and contributing to its growth.

Join us as a Product Marketing Manager, and this is some of what you’ll be doing: 

The Product Marketing team’s main responsibility is to work on sales messages, positioning and value propositions and equip our Sales teams with the information needed to share these messages with prospects. In this position you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product Management and Marketing.  

As a Product Marketing Manager, your key task is to create compelling product value propositions and supporting assets needed to equip our teams to win, excite our customers and drive growth. You will be responsible for product launches, understanding customer problems, explaining how our solution solves painful problems and how to articulate compelling customer benefits.

We’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of B2B Product Marketing experience from software/SaaS
  • Ability to lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new offerings
  • Experience in developing product narratives and messaging for a range of customers
  • Strong experience in creating collateral for use by both Marketing and Sales teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create effective product communication with Marketing to drive adoption and sales
  • Driven attitude and passion to develop new ways of working
  • Proactive approach to your work
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Retail industry experience would be advantageous
