Join us as a Product Operations Manager in Helsinki:

Product Operations team is part of our Product Strategy & Marketing department that focuses on our overall commercial product offering – our offering today to the market, how it should evolve over the next few years, and how to ensure we are developing the overall offering effectively. This crucially depends upon supporting product management teams with the right tools, processes, data and people skills to work effectively, which are all in the core of what Product Operations team is responsible for. As Product Operations Manager in Product Operations team, you will play a key role in the development of these domains. 

This is an ideal role for a result-driven, analytical individual who wants to be part of building a success story and to play a key role in success to scale and support our future growth as we continue to build a portfolio of products. You are self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading key (internal) development projects related to, for example, product management & strategy processes, best practices and tools. Work often consists of concepting, project management, communication and change management activities 
  • Developing collaboration practices between product teams and cross-functionally especially with Customer Operations & Technology organizations 
  • Designing and establishing improved processes for data-based decision making for product management performance, introducing new value-adding product analytics  
  • Developing our overall reporting (incl. KPIs) and goal-setting framework 
  • Managing tools used across product management (e.g. related to roadmaps and resourcing), and ensuring adoption and use is optimised  
  • Proactively identifying new development opportunities based on the priorities of RELEX R&D and your own experience in product management 
  • Ensuring new established processes run smoothly also after implementation 

We’re looking for:

  • Experience of product management in a software domain, with a track record of developing product management processes 
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, incl. ability to produce content and communicate it to different types of stakeholder groups  
  • Strong proven project management, change management and problem-solving skills  
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven attitude with interest towards growing the business 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity  
  • Excellent communication skills in English  
  • Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
