Role: Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, US

To support the rapid growth of RELEX’s commercial organizations, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a high-performing, business-critical, and strategic function that supports the sales organization in creating an environment for sales success. You will be joining a team of sales operations professionals passionate about proactively creating the conditions where more deals that are more profitable are the natural result through improved efficiency and productivity. This individual contributor position will play a key role in driving process governance, supporting the sales team to be more efficient on a tactical level, and helping with reporting. Part of your role is to focus on Sales Enablement initiatives especially in North America and LATAM.

As a person, you are self-motivated, resourceful and an excellent communicator. You are open to new challenges and enjoy driving and supporting change management initiatives. You have a fundamental interest in sales and have probably worked directly with sales or enablement in a previous role. With an eye for detail, you enjoy getting your hands dirty but also know when to step back and look at the broader picture. The role will require you to work independently, with most of the other Sales Ops team members being located in different countries.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, here’s what you can expect:

  • Become a superuser of our Salesforce CRM and other sales and prospecting tools.
  • Take proactive action to support the global sales team, e.g. in sales onboarding, global initiatives & tools and day-to-day business.
  • Generate, maintain, and collect sales support & training materials.
  • Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Product & Customer Operations to enable smooth collaboration.
  • Collaborate on and support select Sales Enablement programs and initiatives (including e.g. product launches, messaging, certifications, and GTM changes).
  • Utilize data derived from internal LMS and CMS systems to drive the adoption of internal tools and processes across the Sales organization.
  • Measure and report on the success of our enablement programs.
  • Be part of organizing global sales events.

We’re looking for:

  • Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Economics or Science or similar)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience from SaaS, an International Tech company, or similar
  • High proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English)
  • Proactive and results-driven can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act efficiently, and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite tools, CRM (Salesforce or similar) and sales system tools (to build engaging and valued learning programs).
  • Display high EQ ability to build trust, positive relationships, and advance projects through influence rather than authority.
  • Flexibility
  • Technical aptitude

What we consider as an advantage:

  • Experience with sales engagement or other tools implementation
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool (admin)
  • Previous experience in an Enablement role
  • Spanish language skills
  • Ability to work in the Metro Atlanta area
