Join our team as a Senior IT Support Specialist! You’ll be part of our global IT Operations team, covering Europe, America, and APAC. We’re expanding our organization to deliver top-tier IT support services, ensuring seamless global operations and exceptional end-user satisfaction for RELEX.

We’re looking for an individual with previous experience in IT Operations, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Your role will involve helping the team grow and improve our IT support services. This position is a fixed-term opportunity for 9 months as a parental-leave substitution.

IT Operations is fundamental to our Business and Information Technology organization, empowering RELEX business through innovative technology solutions that drive growth, improve collaboration, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and resolve escalated IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Mentor junior IT support staff and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support, implementing improvements as needed to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English as a working language.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
