We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant (m/f/*) to join our team in Germany.
The Solution Consultant (m/f/*) will play a key role in interpreting customer needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding functionality to our customers. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving competency, and excellent consulting skills. RELEX delivers product sets across the Retail, Wholesale, and CPG landscape.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met effectively and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design innovative solutions aligned with industry standards to address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and resolve defects promptly.
- Solution Playback and Guidance: Tailor system demonstrations and presentations to address customer requirements and build confidence in the proposed solution.
- Data Proficiency: Translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to meet customer requirements effectively.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Your analytical and structured way of working distinguishes you.
- You have significant experience in Supply Chain Management in an operational role OR in a consulting role.
- You have already gained experience with system implementation projects and project execution.
- You work solution-oriented and can convince others of your ideas, but you are also open to opposing suggestions.
- You follow new developments of our software and proactively immerse yourself in new topics with a thirst for knowledge.
- You speak fluent German and English.
- You quickly take on responsibility and have an independent way of working.
