DOUGLAS, Europe’s number one omnichannel premium beauty destination is expanding their use of RELEX Solutions. DOUGLAS will extend the RELEX platform to the Netherlands, Belgium, and several Eastern European countries in 2026, while also adding purchase optimization capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

The DOUGLAS Group, with its commercial brands, DOUGLAS, NOCIBÉ, parfumdreams and Niche Beauty offers a unique assortment spanning fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, haircare, accessories, and beauty services. Online and in around 1,970 stores, DOUGLAS offers a premium range of selective and exclusive brands as well as their own corporate brands.
Since implementing RELEX in 2020, DOUGLAS has used an extensive suite of modules including forecasting and replenishment, advanced integrated supply chain, and RELEX Diagnostics. This expansion reflects DOUGLAS’ commitment to replicating supply chain efficiencies across their broader European footprint, with reduced lost sales and better product availability.
“Since implementing RELEX in 2020, we have built a strong foundation for supply chain planning in our core markets,” said Kathrin Ternes, Director – Demand & Order Management at DOUGLAS. “We can now bring the same level of planning accuracy and product availability to our broader European operations. This new commitment reflects our confidence in the platform’s ability to support our continued growth across Europe.”
The new implementation will integrate the DOUGLAS operations across six distribution centers. The addition of purchase optimization capabilities will strengthen DOUGLAS’ supply chain by improving purchasing decisions through optimal order volumes and supplier choices. With the ability to review supplier networks, price discounts, and visibility into potential disruptions, DOUGLAS will be able to safeguard product availability and improve replenishment accuracy across their growing European operations.
“DOUGLAS’ decision to expand the use of RELEX across multiple new markets shows their trust and satisfaction as we continue to deliver measurable business value,” said Tiina Kanninen, SVP, Global Customer Success, RELEX Solutions. “We are proud to support their mission of inspiring customers across Europe to express their unique interpretation of beauty.”
