Dominican Republic’s leading pharmacy chain to implement RELEX forecasting, replenishment, and supply planning  

Farmacias Los Hidalgos, a leading pharmacy chain in the Dominican Republic, has selected RELEX Solutions to transform its supply chain operations. The implementation, delivered in partnership with Demandtex, will aim to improve forecast accuracy, automate replenishment, streamline purchasing decisions, and plan promotions and seasonal demand more effectively. 

Farmacias Los Hidalgos has been in business for 50 years, operating as a pharmacy chain in the Dominican Republic and known as a pioneer in the sector for introducing extended operating hours and delivery services. With 92 stores, one distribution center, and approximately 14,000 SKUs, the company aims to strengthen its operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and increasing automation across its planning workflows.
