Fredrik & Louisa Adopts AI-Assisted Diagnostics from RELEX

RELEX and PwC Norway to support the next phase of the Norwegian retailer’s AI-driven planning strategy to proactively identify and resolve stockouts 

Fredrik & Louisa, a leading Norwegian fragrance and cosmetics retailer, has expanded their use of RELEX Solutions to implement AI-Assisted Diagnostics. Building on the successful ongoing implementation of forecasting and replenishment, Fredrik & Louisa will use AI-Assisted Diagnostics to proactively identify and resolve stockout issues, improving product availability and driving profitability across its 60 stores. RELEX partner PwC Norway will again support the implementation, based on the successful implementation already completed together.   

Fredrik & Louisa is a Norwegian-owned cosmetics retailer, offering a wide range of market leading fragrances, makeup, skincare and beauty products. Operating 60 stores and one distribution center with approximately 1.2 million SKU locations, they require precise inventory management to meet customer expectations in the competitive health and beauty sector.
