Medi-Market Group to Improve Inventory Control and Product Availability with RELEX
Dec 16, 2025 • 2 minRELEX will closely collaborate with the European health and well-being retailer, which will use its forecasting and replenishment solutions to strengthen product availability, reduce excess inventory, and support rapid growth.
RELEX Solutions has been chosen by Medi-Market Group, a leading European health and well-being retailer, to advance forecasting and replenishment across Medi-Market’s 200 stores and two distribution centers. As the group has grown rapidly from Belgium and Luxembourg into Italy, and more recently into the Netherlands and Spain, Medi-Market is taking the opportunity to modernize its planning processes to manage thousands of SKUs more efficiently.

Delivered in collaboration with RELEX partner Supply Chain Company, the implementation will help Medi-Market maintain high product availability, improve operational efficiency, and optimize inventory costs as the company continues its rapid expansion across Europe.
“Moving to RELEX will allow us to optimize control of our inventory and support exponential growth,” said Peter Bos, Director Supply Chain & CIO, Medi-Market Group. “Our priority is to balance strong in-store availability with responsible inventory investment. With RELEX, we expect quick wins in inventory capital reduction and improved availability that directly benefit our customers and store teams.”
RELEX will replace manual spreadsheet-based processes with automated, data-driven forecasting and replenishment, providing visibility across Medi-Market’s supply chain and helping the company respond faster to changing customer demand. The system will increase planning accuracy, reduce excess stock, and ensure products are available to customers, strengthening service and satisfaction.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Medi-Market Group, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing players in the European health and well-being sector,” said Bas van Lith, Director – Benelux, RELEX Solutions. “This collaboration reinforces RELEX’s growing presence in the Benelux region and our leadership in helping drugstore and pharmaceutical retailers strengthen their supply chain operations.”
