Pet Pawr Group Unifies Supply Chain Optimization with RELEX

Nordic specialty retailer to drive efficiency, automation and growth with forecasting and replenishment following proven success at PetXL 

Pet Pawr Group, a specialty retailer for pet food and accessories, has selected RELEX Solutions to expand supply chain optimization with forecasting and replenishment across their Nordic retail network. Pet Pawr Group will integrate 17 Swedish ZOO.se stores and three e-commerce sites, ZOO.se, ZOO.no, and ZOO.fi into the existing RELEX environment already serving leading Norwegian pet retailer, PetXL, which the group acquired earlier this year. 

Pet Pawr Group operates across the Nordic region with a focus on providing pet owners with quality pet food and accessories through both physical stores and digital channels. To support its growth strategy and efficiency goals, Pet Pawr Group wanted to unify their supply chain operations.  

PetXL implemented RELEX in 2024 to automate demand planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization. Since go-live, PetXL has achieved measurable improvements, including a 1.37 percentage point increase in store availability and 21% increase in distribution center inventory turnover. Pet Pawr Group will build on this proven success for the ZOO brand.

By consolidating operations into a single platform, the group will be able to streamline decision-making, optimize stock allocation between stores and e-commerce, and ensure consistent product availability for customers throughout the Nordics. Pet Pawr Group will also benefit from faster time-to-value as operations are integrated into an already established and performing RELEX environment.
