RELEX Solutions Voted #1 Recommended Solution Vendor by Tier One Retailers in 2020 RIS Software LeaderBoard

RELEX Solutions has once again been recognized by its customers and RIS News’s Software LeaderBoard ranking as one of the top technology companies servicing the retail industry. RELEX, a provider of unified retail optimization solutions, placed in 31 of 50 LeaderBoard categories for the second year, distinguishing itself as an industry leader.

LeaderBoard rankings are derived from over 600 software vendor evaluations submitted by more than 300 retailers. Processed by an independent research firm, the rankings illustrate the substantial impact that software vendors are making on their customers.

RELEX was recognized by both Tier One and Mid-Size customers in a wide range of categories, from overall performance and technology innovation to ROI and total cost of operation. The company placed in the top 10 in six different categories reflecting customer satisfaction, and it earned both a #1 ranking as a “Leader in Recommendation” by Tier One retailers and a #2 ranking as an overall “Leader in Recommendation.” RELEX again appeared in the LeaderBoard’s highly selective Top 20 ranking of all retail technology vendors, this year improving to the #14 position out of about 600 companies.
