Casa Ley to Advance Grocery Planning at Scale with RELEX

Leading Mexican grocer to reduce waste and excess stock with AI-powered forecasting and replenishment from RELEX Solutions

Mexican grocery retailer Casa Ley has selected RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to optimize demand forecasting and replenishment for their network of more than 300 stores and eight distribution centers.

With a diverse assortment across supermarket, hypermarket, and warehouse-style formats, Casa Ley is implementing RELEX’s AI-based tools for demand forecasting, automated replenishment, supply coordination, promotions, and seasonal planning across their operations. The project will support the grocer’s goal of improving forecast accuracy, reducing excess stock, and decreasing waste while maintaining product availability and increasing sales.

Casa Ley previously used internally developed tools for supply chain planning but sought a more advanced solution to meet their current and future business needs.
