Cebu Overseas Hardware to Unify Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning with RELEX Solutions 

Family-run Filipino DIY retailer implements RELEX for sustainable, long-term growth 

Cebu Overseas Hardware Co., a leading home improvement and building materials retailer in the Philippines with household names including Cebu Home and Builders Centre (CHBC) , Oversea Builders Centre (OBC), Living n’ Style, Bodega 1,Better Living Tiles and Bath Centre and CW Home Depot, has selected RELEX Solutions to transform its end-to-end supply chain operations. The project will encompass channel forecasting, integrated store and distribution center planning, and improved management of set components. These solutions will support Cebu Overseas Hardware’s growth and operational efficiency in the Filipino DIY market. The implementation will be supported by RELEX partner genieX. 

With 15 stores, 12 distribution centers, and more than 60,000 SKUs, Cebu Overseas Hardware is a trusted name in the country’s home improvement sector. The family-owned business has built its reputation on dependable service, product quality, and community commitment. 

Through RELEX, Cebu Overseas Hardware will introduce advanced channel forecasting to accurately predict demand across its sales channels, including stores, e-commerce and B2B, accounting for unique factors such as promotions, seasonality, and customer preferences. The company will also establish a more connected supply chain where store-level demand forecasts directly inform distribution center replenishment, improving coordination and better visibility across operations. 

Additionally, the implementation includes capabilities to manage furniture and sanitary sets more effectively by forecasting demand for both finished products and individual components. RELEX will also ensure consistent inventory availability for professional customers, even during peak demand periods, by supporting omnichannel inventory management with dedicated B2B stock allocation. 

Once fully implemented, Cebu Overseas Hardware will operate within an end-to-end planning environment that improves forecasting accuracy and aligns inventory across all channels to maintain service levels, serve customers profitably, and support data-driven decision-making.
