For the fifth year in a row, RELEX Solutions has been recognized by RIS News’s Software LeaderBoard rankings as one of the top technology companies servicing the retail industry. RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, continues to earn accolades as an industry leader, rising to the No. 7 ranking in the Software LeaderBoard’s Top 20 category – up from the No. 8 spot in the 2022 Leaderboard.
RELEX has once again earned recognition from mid-sized and tier 1 retailers as a technology leader in multiple categories. RELEX’s first place rankings include:
- Customer Satisfaction for Large Vendors
- Leaders in Technology Innovation by Mid-Size Retailers
- Leaders in Ease of Administration by Tier 1 Retailers
Now in its third decade, LeaderBoard has based its rankings on end-user evaluations, tracking retailer sentiment about software that retailers use in their daily business. The ranking results were compiled from more than 160 retailer evaluations of more than 100 vendors. The rankings, which are processed by an independent research firm, showcase the impact that software vendors have on their customers.
“We’re incredibly honored by our customers responding so positively and voting for us again this year. RELEX was built on a foundation of providing exceptional customer service to our retail and consumer packaged goods customers, and to see that reflected in the RIS LeaderBoard rankings shows that we’re succeeding in that mission,” said Mikko Kärkkäinen, Group CEO of RELEX Solutions. “At RELEX, we’re diligently working to bring our customers the best product and possible experience. I’m proud to see these rankings and to be recognized by our customers as a technology leader.”
