GOmart to Unify Supply Chain Operations with RELEX  

Leading Mexican convenience retailer adopts unified forecasting, replenishment, and space planning platform to drive growth and operational efficiency 

GOmart, leading Mexican convenience store chain, has selected RELEX Solutions, a provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to optimize forecasting, replenishment, and space planning processes. The implementation will be supported by RELEX partner Demandtex, which will provide implementation and consulting services to ensure seamless integration across GOmart’s operations. 

Founded in 1984, GOmart has built a strong reputation for providing quick, accessible, and high-quality shopping experiences across Mexico. The retailer is embarking on an ambitious expansion plan to grow its footprint while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The RELEX platform will be critical to supporting this growth by automating manual processes and providing the visibility needed to manage a larger, more complex network. 

With RELEX, GOmart will integrate forecasting and replenishment with space planning to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and ensure promotional and seasonal products are consistently available across stores. The unified platform will eliminate disconnected planning processes, reduce manual inventory corrections, and provide real-time visibility into DC and store operations. This unification will enable GOmart to align inventory strategies with planograms, streamline replenishment across distribution centers, and minimize waste while increasing profitability. With the unified approach RELEX can, for example, optimize shelf space by using forecasts to maximize product placement and reduce delivery frequency while ensuring items fit on shelves rather than being stored in backrooms.
