Leading home improvement retailer achieves 97% replenishment automation across stores and distribution centers 

LEROY MERLIN Portugal, a leading brand in DIY, construction, home decor, and gardening, has successfully improved its inventory management and product availability through a strategic partnership with RELEX Solutions.  

Operating 46 stores and several distribution centers (DCs), LEROY MERLIN Portugal manages more than one million SKUs. As the business expanded, decentralized stock ownership and rapid DC growth made it harder to maintain network-wide visibility, contributing to rising levels of excess inventory. 

To address these challenges, LEROY MERLIN Portugal implemented RELEX’s advanced forecasting and replenishment capabilities. • 1.6 percentage point increase in in-stock availability
