Lindcorp to Optimize Demand Forecasting and Replenishment with RELEX

Peru´s leading retailer will improve its supply chain planning with AI-driven solution

Lindcorp, the Peruvian retail group behind leading convenience store chains Tambo and beauty retailer Aruma, has chosen RELEX Solutions a provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize replenishment across both stores.

The RELEX AI-driven forecasting and replenishment solution will support demand and purchase planning for more than 700 stores and five distribution centers across Peru. It will also manage more than 2,700 SKUs at the store level and 3,500 at the distribution center level, improving product availability and streamlining operations across Lindcorp’s fast-growing retail network.

Facing rapid growth and increasing complexity, particularly in the beauty and personal care market, Lindcorp sought a solution to deliver greater visibility, improved analytics, and more confident decision-making. Grocery retail demands speed and precision to manage perishable goods and daily restocking needs, while beauty retail requires accuracy across a broad assortment with fluctuating consumer preferences. RELEX was selected for its proven forecasting accuracy, advanced replenishment capabilities, automation, and user-friendly interface—meeting the specific planning needs of both sectors.
