Magnum Group, part of MM Pharma, is the leading healthcare distributor in the Baltics and Finland, has selected RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solution to optimize their supply chain processes. Magnum Group will leverage RELEX forecasting and replenishment capabilities for their distribution centers (DCs) alongside customer channel forecasting. Implementation services will be provided by RELEX partner, re:innovation.

Magnum Group is a major full-service provider in the healthcare products value chain across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, specializing in pharmaceutical wholesale and retail, pharmaceutical services, veterinary products, dental materials and pharmaceutical logistics. They operate through dedicated subsidiaries handling pharmacy and hospital goods distribution. With an inventory of 25,000 SKUs across three DCs, Magnum Group sought an advanced AI-driven supply chain solution to achieve higher automation, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance promotional planning.

By replacing manual processes with AI-driven replenishment, RELEX will leverage real-time sales data, costs, and operational constraints to generate precise and optimized order proposals.
By streamlining inventory flows across all three distribution centers, RELEX will provide full visibility and allow proactive responses to supply chain disruptions.
