Officeworks Selects RELEX Solutions to Optimise Demand Planning and Modernise Supply Chain Operations

Officeworks, Australia’s leading retailer and supplier of office products for home, business, and educational needs, will partner with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes. The RELEX solution will service Officeworks 166 stores and 7 distribution centers throughout Australia, driving improvements to planning across its supply chain. 

Through this partnership, RELEX will provide Officeworks with improved shelf availability and a reduction in inventory for a more efficient assortment. An automated, AI-driven solution enables Officeworks to optimise inventory, streamline complex inventory processes, and reduce complications when managing inventory with long lead times. RELEX demonstrated the ability to provide an easy-to-use solution to reduce working capital and minimize operational costs. “At Officeworks, we continue to invest in our business so we can better meet our customers’ needs now and into the future.
