PetXL Group AS, a Norwegian specialty retailer for pet food and accessories, will partner with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to optimize their supply chain. The RELEX solution will improve the overall forecasting and replenishment process and provide PetXL Group with visibility into the performance of their retail operations.
PetXL Group operates within Scandinavia, with 15 stores and a distribution center. The PetXL Group selected RELEX because they needed a structured way to forecast and replenish and they wanted to make educated decisions based on data. As the group is committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction, they aim to centralize ordering processes to enhance efficiency, ultimately allowing more time for serving customers in the stores.
