RELEX expands to Mongolia with AI-powered forecasting and replenishment implementation 

Mongolia’s leading convenience store chain operator, Premium Nexus JSC, has selected RELEX Solutions to implement an AI-powered forecasting and replenishment solution across over 500 CU convenience stores and 2 distribution centers (DC). The project will support centralizing replenishment for their end-to-end store and DC operations and enable the company’s rapid business growth.   

As Premium Nexus expands, the company recognized the need for a scalable and centralized approach to manage growing supply chain complexity. With RELEX, store and distribution center planning will be unified under a single system and shared source of truth. The AI-powered RELEX platform delivers accurate forecasts, optimized inventory strategies, and forward-looking KPIs at the product and location level, enabling centralized teams to manage operations with greater precision and agility. 

RELEX will also bring its proven expertise in helping convenience retailers worldwide improve product availability, reduce spoilage in fresh categories, and streamline operations. Implementation will be supported by RELEX’s partner, Beijing Times Consulting, which brings extensive experience in end-to-end transformation projects.
