RELEX Accelerates Strong Manufacturing Momentum Through Customer Growth and Platform Innovation

Jun 23, 2026 3 min

New capabilities build on RELEX’s unified platform, combining demand and supply planning, AI agents, and plug-and-play connectivity with systems and agents to improve decision-making from IBP to execution

RELEX Solutions reports strong manufacturing momentum, supporting nearly 140 manufacturers globally and adding new customers, bringing deployments live, and introducing new AI-powered planning capabilities. Building on its unified planning platform, RELEX is helping manufacturers improve decision-making across demand, supply, and production planning while accelerating automation across the value chain.

RELEX introduces agentic AI, greater extensibility through RELEX Open, and faster integration with systems like SAP. Together, they help customers plan and execute decisions more effectively across the end-to-end value chain, extending the same scalable platform used by retailers and wholesalers to manufacturing environments.

Strong manufacturing customer momentum

RELEX has recently signed new manufacturing customers including: Bonduelle Group, GEPP (PepsiCo), Japfa Food Indonesia, Pure Fishing, Sodebo and Wipak Group. These reflect growing demand for unified supply chain planning across complex manufacturing environments, from consumer goods and food production to automotive and industrial sectors.

The RELEX platform aligns demand, supply, and production planning on a shared foundation, helping teams make coordinated decisions from integrated business planning through to operational execution. Built on proven retail scale and specialized AI capabilities including machine learning, optimization, and fast heuristics, the platform is designed to handle the complex, multi-constraint environments manufacturers face such as large networks, millions of products, multiple production and distribution sites, and complex production processes.

Several customers have recently gone live, including Aroma-Zone, Arvid Nordquist, Olvi, Oniverse and Rituals, showing how manufacturers can move from fragmented, multi-system planning to a connected environment that improves both decision-making speed and plan accuracy.

Aroma-Zone, the French beauty manufacturer and direct-to-consumer retailer, is among the companies putting end-to-end planning in practice. Now live with RELEX demand planning, Aroma-Zone is completing a full platform rollout that connects supply planning to the demand signal already running in the system.

“With RELEX, we replaced fragmented tools with a single platform that delivers always-current end-to-end supply chain visibility from demand to supply,” said Romuald Deston, Chief Procurement Officer, Aroma Zone. “For instance, we can now assess the impact of any supplier delay across the entire chain in real time and build scenarios to support strategic decisions.”

New capabilities that support smarter and faster planning

RELEX released several new capabilities within its platform:

“The growing number of manufacturers choosing RELEX reflects the value we’re delivering in some of the most complex environments,” said Stefano Scandelli, Managing Director, Manufacturing Business Unit, RELEX Solutions. “As customers expand from initial deployments to end-to-end planning, we’re continuing to invest in capabilities that automate decision-making, improve plan quality, and help teams respond faster to change. With RELEX Open, customers can also extend the platform and connect their own AI agents as their operations evolve.”
