RELEX to Unify End-to-End Supply Chain Planning for Orkla Home & Personal Care

Nordic branded consumer goods company to connect demand and supply planning across its multi-site network

Orkla Home & Personal Care, the Nordic region’s leading supplier of home and personal care products, has selected RELEX Solutions to provide a single, unified platform for Supply Chain Planning. Orkla Home & Personal Care will implement demand planning, master planning, production scheduling, inventory management, promotion planning and supplier collaboration across their operations in Norway and Sweden.

Orkla Home & Personal Care is the Nordic region’s leading – and Norway’s largest – supplier of products for home and personal care. They have production sites in Norway and Sweden, and distribution reaching consumers across four markets: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Managing approximately 1,000 SKUs across two production sites, Orkla Home & Personal Care operates in a high-volatility environment where short planning horizons and shifting customer expectations demand tight coordination between their teams. RELEX will replace fragmented planning processes and enable one aligned plan across functions, improving visibility and decision-making across the business.

RELEX will support Orkla Home & Personal Care in managing the complexity of its multi-site manufacturing environment, including production planning complexities such as tank planning, detailed production scheduling and supplier collaboration, while enabling greater transparency and coordination across teams.
