Safia Café & Bakery, a chain of cafés and confectioneries over 150 stores in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, has selected RELEX Solutions, for forecasting and replenishment to be used across its growing network of locations. Safia Bakery combines the art of baking and confectionery production with a modern café and restaurant experience. They manage more than 1,200 SKUs across its café and confectionery operations, spanning around 150 locations in Uzbekistan’s largest cities.
