Terms and Privacy – Rebot
Last updated on February 20, 2026Rebot is RELEX’s agentic AI layer and conversational interface for RELEX products and services. Rebot assists you in operating RELEX applications, analyzing data, and connecting to external systems on your behalf.
1. Terms and conditions
Rebot is an ancillary service provided by RELEX for assisting you with RELEX products and services. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable outcomes, please note the following:
- Confidentiality: Responses generated by Rebot may include confidential information of both RELEX and your organization. You agree to keep the responses confidential.
- Limitations of Accuracy: Rebot makes mistakes and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incorrect responses or recommend or take incorrect or unintended actions. The responses or recommendations provided by Rebot are not a substitute for qualified human expertise. Verify the information provided and actions taken by Rebot and consult reliable sources and qualified professionals for specific guidance.
- Limitations on Usage: Rebot may be used only for the purpose of interacting with and assisting you with RELEX products and services. Please do not use it for other purposes. In particular, do not use it for any illegal, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Service levels: Service levels that have been agreed between RELEX and our customer do not apply to ancillary services like Rebot.
- Limitation of Liability and exclusion of warranties: As with any AI system, errors may occur. While Rebot is designed with safeguards such as human-in-the-loop approvals to help prevent unintended actions, you remain solely responsible for your inputs, and for reviewing and approving recommendations provided and actions taken by Rebot.
Where Rebot is used in other context; RELEX expressly disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including, accuracy, non-existence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose or those relating to integration with third-party applications. RELEX is not liable for errors or damages arising from your use of Rebot.
If you are using Rebot as a part of larger RELEX service or platform, Rebot is subject to the limitation of warranties and limitation of liability -clauses of such services / platforms.
2. Privacy
Utilization of Rebot does not change the processing of your personal data from that otherwise communicated in applicable privacy notices, i.e. those of RELEX planning services, RELEX Community or other privacy notice referred to in the service.
Your actions undertaken within RELEX products and services (such as instructing Rebot to create a campaign) are logged in the same manner as your other actions undertaken directly, using traditional interface. See the above privacy notices for more information.
3. AI Model Providers
Rebot utilizes large language models from third-party providers, typically hosted on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. These third-party providers are not provided with access to your data beyond what is needed to process each request, and are not allowed to use your data for training their AI models.
4. How your data is handled
Your conversations with Rebot (including inputs, intermediate processing steps, and outputs) are treated as Customer Data and kept confidential. Specifically:
- Your data is not shared across customers. Your conversations are isolated and not accessible to other RELEX customers.
- Your Rebot conversations are not used to train AI models. RELEX and our AI model providers do not use your conversations for model training.
- Your conversations may be stored for the purpose of providing the service, primarily to maintain your chat history. Authorized RELEX personnel may also access your conversations when needed to investigate and resolve issues, whether reported by you or proactively detected by our systems.
- If your organization has granted RELEX the right to use Customer Data for the purpose of improving the service (which is the case in most RELEX agreements), RELEX may additionally use your conversations to improve Rebot more broadly, such as developing new capabilities and fixing systemic issues so that Rebot can better handle the tasks you ask of it.
5. Your Feedback to RELEX
If you click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button to send feedback, your rating and optional comments are saved together with context from the relevant conversation.
Your feedback is used to improve the quality of Rebot. Access is limited to authorized RELEX personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Your feedback is treated as Confidential. However, please do not include personal data in your comments.By using Rebot, you agree to these terms and conditions.
