Johanna Småros is a Co-founder and Chief Sustainability Officer at RELEX Solutions.She has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and retail planning, starting her career as a researches at Helsinki University of Technology. Her doctoral dissertation focused on collaboration between grocery retailers and suppliers, and she has published research in academic journals such as the Journal of Operations Management. She co-founded RELEX Solutions in 2005 alongside Mikko Kärkkäinen and Michael Falck.
